This oil comes from the lands of the Arcamone estate, one of the “family organic farms” since 1990. The cultivar is Coratina, grown without the use of chemicals, thanks to a favorable microclimate able to naturally support its production cycle. The flavour is intense and balanced, slightly bitter with a strong and persistent spiciness.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Fruity: Medium-intense. Aroma: Elegant and complex, characterized by harmonic vegetal tones of fresh grass. Flavour: Balanced, softely bitter with persistent hint of pepper. Present vegetables tones of green almond and artichokes.
Ingredients and Allergens:
Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical processes.
Serving Suggestions: This strong oil is ideal for serving with chargrilled vegetables, grilled porcini mushrooms, mixed pulse soups, tomato salads and vegetable soups.
