Alimenta is based in Riccione and is committed to bringing quality, authentic and creative products to tables. Pinsa dough is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making it a unique alternative to traditional pizza dough. Top it with your favourite fresh ingredients or with cured meats.
The product is stored frozen. It has a 45 day shelf life at ambient temperature after slacking.
Cooking Instructions:
Bake at 400deg F directly on the oven rack for approximately 4/5 minutes, until the edge of the crust is crispy.
