Altobello products are air-dried next to a national park, high in the mountains of Abruzzo. Soppressata is a traditional Italian cured salami, made from coarsely ground pork and seasoned with spices. It's pressed during curing to give its characteristic flattened shape. The result is a firm, flavourful salami with a rich, and savoury taste. Try it in focaccia or on top of pizza.
